UTILIZING CANINE CORTISOL MEASUREMENT IN CLINICAL PRACTICE

Bionote Webinar on utilizing canine cortisol measurement in clinical practice will be held on Oct 18, 2022 (EST) at 8 ap for 1 hour, 15 minutes.

Dr. Nate Chaudoin will present about navigating the diseases of the adrenal gland and learn the value of testing cortisol levels in diagnosing and managing adrenal disease.  


This webinar will cover the utility of canine cortisol measurement in clinical practice and in the treatment of canine adrenal diseases. 

Dr. Nate Chaudoin will review canine adrenal disease, including diagnosis treatment and monitoring, as well as the why and when to test in clinical applications.

 

You will be able to learn a basic understanding of adrenal gland structure and function, recognize both typical and atypical canine Addison’s disease, including their presentations and how to diagnose and treat. Also, you can understand the timing, clinical applications, and limitations of screening tests for Cushing’s disease and how to make a diagnosis as well as

measurement of canine cortisol for monitoring the treatment of canine adrenal disease.
